All bookings must be confirmed in advance through WhatsApp or our contact form. A booking is considered confirmed once you receive a confirmation message from our team.

• Bookings can be made via WhatsApp, phone, or our website contact form
• Please provide accurate information including number of guests and preferred date
• Confirmation will be sent within 8–10 hours of your booking request
• We recommend booking at least 8–10 hours in advance

No online payment or advance payment is required for booking. Payment is processed face-to-face when we meet at the tour location.

We Accept

Free cancellation is available up to 2–3 hours before the scheduled tour time.

To cancel, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or phone. Since no advance payment is required, cancellations are simple and hassle-free.

All passengers must follow safety instructions provided by the crew. Life jackets must be worn when required. Children must be supervised by adults at all times. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated or poses a safety risk.

Tours may be cancelled or rescheduled due to adverse weather conditions. In such cases, customers will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

While we take every precaution to ensure your safety, participation in boat tours is at your own risk. We are not liable for personal injuries, loss, or damage to personal belongings.

We may take photographs or videos during tours for promotional purposes. By participating in our tours, you consent to the use of such media.

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
